Step into Chief’s backyard for a lively Oahu luau hosted by Chief Sielu, the original world champion fire-knife dancer and Polynesian comedian. Held at its custom-built home at Wet ‘n’ Wild Hawaii in Kapolei, Chief’s Luau blends humor, hands-on activities, Hawaiian food and a high-energy Polynesian show in one festive evening.
Before dinner, join interactive activities such as headband weaving, temporary Polynesian tattooing, spear throwing and fire-making. Guests can also watch the traditional imu ceremony before settling in for an all-you-can-eat Hawaiian luau buffet.
After dinner, Chief Sielu and the cast take you on a journey through the islands of Polynesia with music, dance, storytelling and plenty of audience interaction. The evening builds toward the signature fire-knife performance, featuring an extended multi-performer finale.

Chief’s Luau Dinner
All three packages include an all-you-can-eat Hawaiian luau buffet. Menu selections may include island favorites such as kalua pork and pineapple-glazed chicken, with beverages included according to the package selected.
Chief’s Journey Through the Polynesian Islands
The main show combines music, dance, comedy and storytelling as Chief Sielu and the cast guide guests through the cultures of Polynesia. The performance is designed to be lively and interactive, with plenty of energy throughout the evening.
The finale features Chief’s signature fire-knife performance, with multiple dancers taking the stage for an exciting close to the night.

Roundtrip transportation from Waikiki may be added for an additional charge. Availability and pricing may vary, so select the transportation option when booking if needed.

Chief’s Luau is located at Wet ‘n’ Wild Hawaii in Kapolei, where the custom-built luau grounds feature a large backlit cascading waterfall and a dedicated setting for the dinner and show.
