For a more refined way to experience Luau Kalamaku, the Manor House Dinner & Show pairs an elegant four-course meal at Gaylord’s Restaurant with premier seating for the evening performance. Set at historic Kilohana Plantation, this experience is especially well suited for couples, small groups and special occasions.
Your evening begins with a fresh flower lei greeting, followed by a champagne toast and dinner at Gaylord’s Restaurant. The seasonal menu highlights locally sourced meats, fresh fish and produce, including ingredients grown at Kilohana Plantation’s orchard and agricultural grounds.
After dinner, continue to Luau Kalamaku for an immersive theatrical journey inspired by ancient Polynesian voyaging. Hula, Tahitian rhythms, live music and storytelling are combined with a state-of-the-art stage and media system, building toward a dramatic fire finale with fire poi balls and traditional fire-knife dancing.

Luau Kalamaku Show
Luau Kalamaku goes beyond a traditional dinner show with a theatrical story inspired by the ancient voyage between Tahiti and Hawaii. Through music, dance, storytelling and dramatic stage effects, the production follows a journey of courage, love and legacy across the Pacific.
The performance includes traditional hula, Tahitian rhythms, torch lighting and powerful storytelling before building to a fiery finale featuring fire poi balls, traditional fire-knife dancing and figures drawn from Kauai mythology.

- Roasted Vegetable Tartine (df/nf): Avocado puree, pickled red onions and cucumber, fire-roasted squash, zucchini and grape tomato on charred brioche with baby arugula, lemon and roasted garlic oil
- Jumbo Cocktail Shrimp: Poached Cortez shrimp served with guava cocktail sauce

- Island Caprese (nf): Vine-ripened tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and mesclun greens with balsamic gastrique and charred crostini

- Fresh Catch and Kalua Pork (df/nf/gf): Pan-seared fresh catch with coconut lemongrass and unagi sauce, served with kalua pork, lomi lomi tomato relish, coleslaw and lemongrass jasmine rice
- Short Ribs and Kalua Pork (nf/df/gf): Braised boneless short ribs with truffle-yaki sauce, served with kalua pork, lomi lomi tomato relish, coleslaw and lemongrass jasmine rice

- Taro and Hawaiian Sweet Bread Pudding (nf): Taro and Hawaiian sweet bread with creme anglaise and seasonal fruit
- Profiteroles (nf): Vanilla-flavored ice cream in pate choux with chocolate sauce
